Diana resides in the foothills of Denver with a teenage son, three dogs and two amazing horses. She is an avid runner, rider and enjoys being on a first name basis with the knowledgeable staff at the hardware store. “We laugh a lot…and not always for the same reason. That’s the magic.”
As a mom of 7 kids, staying fit and healthy to keep up with the bunch is definitely one of my top priorities! :-) I discovered Pilates in 1997 after a sustaining a running injury in the Army, and it has been a vital part of my fitness regime ever since. With an educational background in Linguistics and Foreign Language (Chinese Mandarin and French), I've always viewed Pilates as a 'Language of the Body', helping us to understand how to move our bodies safely, powerfully and efficiently. It is truly amazing to find how much inner strength we have once we learn how to harness it! In 2006, I decided to begin my journey to become an instructor so that I could share my passion with others. And what a fantastic journey it has been! Whether you are brand new to Pilates or a 'seasoned veteran', I look forward to seeing you in one of my classes!
