Yoga and Personal Training by Katie Lewis
Katie Lewis discovered her passion for fitness and wellness in 2006, after working with a personal trainer to recover from an injury and to help lose weight. After losing 30 lbs, Katie realized she wanted to help others achieve their goals and improve their lives. Katie graduated from American University with a Master’s Degree in Health Promotion Management. She is a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer, has completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training, and is a Corrective Exercise Specialist. She teaches a wide variety of students, including those with arthritis, hip and knee replacements, and low back pain. Katie leads private and semi-private sessions, for 30 or 60 minutes. She will build your fitness and nutrition program to fit your needs and goals, past and present injuries, dietary restrictions, hectic schedule, and more. Relieve stress and pain, build strength and energy, and initiate lifelong changes in the way you look and feel!
