About
Littleton Physical Therapy is an independent consumer review site for home physical therapy equipment, recovery gear, and rehabilitation products.
What we cover
Foam rollers, massage guns, TENS units, compression socks, resistance bands, knee braces, heating pads, ice packs, KT tape, posture correctors, acupressure mats, lumbar cushions — and dozens more equipment categories. We focus on products you can buy and use at home without professional supervision, while making it clear when a licensed physical therapist's involvement is recommended.
What we are not
We are not a clinic. We do not diagnose, prescribe, or treat conditions. We do not employ licensed medical professionals to write our reviews — every article goes through editorial review focused on accuracy of product specs, transparency about trade-offs, and clear language. For medical questions, see your physical therapist or doctor.
Not medical advice. We publish consumer product reviews; consult a licensed PT before changing your routine. We earn commissions on qualifying Amazon purchases.
How we make money
We participate in the Amazon Associates Program and a handful of direct affiliate programs with selected brands (Therabody, Hyperice, TheraBand). When you click through a product link and buy, we may earn a small commission — at no additional cost to you. Read our full Affiliate Disclosure.
We also display Google AdSense advertisements alongside our content. Ad placement does not influence review content.
How we test and review
For every product we cover:
- We start with current Amazon listing data: title, brand, specifications, customer ratings, and reviews.
- We assess against use-case clarity (Who is this for? Who should skip?), build quality signals, value tier (budget vs premium), and warranty.
- We compare against at least two alternatives in the same category.
- We write what we'd tell a friend — including specific reasons to not buy.
